As you enter, you are met with a spectacular view of the ocean. The back wall is entirely made of windows… bringing the beach right onto your doorstep.

A large open living room, dining room and kitchen is perfect for those family get-togethers. Throw open the doors and flow right out into the screened porch and smell the salt water!

Sink into one of the comfy porch chairs, and enjoy the spectacular sunset with your glass of wine…. Or a warm cup of coffee in the mornings to witness the incredible sunrises!

Modern, colorful and full of folk art, this is no “run of the mill rental home”. A fully equipped kitchen boasts a large double sided fridge/freezer. The custom made dining table seats twelve with lots of room to spare. This beach house has everything you will need on your island experience!

This lovely 3,000 square foot air conditioned ocean front cottage that sleeps 10 also features four bedrooms on two levels. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom; second bedroom has another king. Second level offers a third bedroom with queen bed and the last with two twins and bunk beds. There are also 2 full bathroom one on each level.

In addition to the open floor plan on the top level, there is another large family room perfect for the kids or just to have a quiet space on the lower level! For your enjoyment you will find tons of board games, books and DVD's to keep you entertained in the evenings. You will find five televisions throughout the house with Ruko. Internet service is with Star Link.

Bikes, towels, beach chairs and sand pails are provided for beach time and bikes for touring around the area.

Although, in a quiet country setting you are only 10 minutes from the seaside community of St. Peters Bay. The capital of Prince Edward Island is Charlottetown and only 30 minutes away. Greenwich National Park and the 5 star Crowbush Golf Course are close by.

The island is noted for its fresh seafood especially the lobster, oysters and mussels this plus roadside vegetable stands, berries, and island beef can be found close to the Milner Beach House.

  This waterfront Prince Edward Island vacation home is ideally located in a country setting only 5 minutes to the community village of Saint Peter's and 30 minutes to Charlottetown the capital of Prince Edward Island. There is always something to see and do during your island vacation; music festivals, tuna fishing, lobster fishing, golfing, lighthouses tours, swimming, clam digging, deep-sea fishing, trout fishing, beach combing, walking long pristine beaches, biking or walking the Confederation Trail. These suggestions are just a few things to get you started. Close to the house you will find Greenwich National Park. If you head east on route 16 along the north shore you will happen upon Naufrage and North Lake fishing Harbours. You will also come to the eastern end of the island at the East Point Light House. Continue on the 16 you will find several long white sand beaches and dunes that you can explore. Basin Head "Singing Sands" beach is one you will find in your travels and it is considered the best on PEI and number one in Canada, number 2 in North America. It is called singing sands for a reason, if you scuff your feet as you walk the sand actually sings ... if you don't believe it... then come and try it!
